Tapas & Tatas Summer Menu

 

For the Tapas and Tatas cooking class attendees are able to select 5-6 tapas from the menu depending on the size of the group. The cost of the class is $45 per person, and includes all ingredients, instruction, and copies of all recipes.

 

  1. Bruschetta trio (traditional tomato, rosemary white bean & olive tapenade)
  2. Avocado, arugula salad with shaved Parmesan & citrus vinaigrette
  3. Watermelon, feta & mint salad
  4. Spinach salad with sliced apple, cranberries, bacon and apple cider mustard vinaigrette
  5. Bruschetta skewers (mozzarella, tortellini & tomato with pesto drizzle)
  6. Asian slaw on crispy egg roll cracker
  7. Chicken Caesar salad in garlic crouton cups
  8. Smoky black bean & corn salsa with tortilla chips
  9. Grilled white pizza with fresh mozzarella, tomato & basil leaves
  10. Grilled pizza with vegetables & pesto
  11. Lemon basil ricotta on crostini
  12. Roast beef crostini with horseradish mayo & arugula
  13. Crostini with bacon, honey & gorgonzola
  14. Prosciutto, brie & fig jam crostini

MEXICAN CLASS

 

Margaritas and good friends, is there anything better?! Choose 4 items to create the perfect fiesta. This class is $45 per person which includes all ingredients, instruction, and copies of all recipes.

  2. Enchiladas (chicken, beef or veggie)
  3. Lightened up 7-layer dip
  4. Street corn salad
  5. Roasted poblanos stuffed with street corn salad
  6. Smoky corn & black bean salsa with tortilla chips

BURGERS & BREWS* CLASS

 

Nothing says summer is here more than grilled burgers! Grab a group of friends, your favorite beverage and join us as we master making the perfect burger. This class is $40 per person which includes all ingredients, instruction, and copies of all recipes. *Beer not included but pairing suggestions provided.

 

Appetizer: Grilled potato wedges with southwest dipping sauce

Entree: Southwest burger bar (traditional condiments plus the option of monteray jack cheese, homemade salsa & guacamole

Side: Southwest slaw

Dessert: Mexican hot fudge sundaes

 

Fresh Pasta Making Class

 

Dust off that pasta maker you received as a wedding gift and learn just how easy it is to make silky smooth homemade pasta! $40 per person, which includes the cost of food, instruction, and copies of all recipes.

 

Entree: Fresh fettuccine pasta with quick marinara

Side: Kale salad with simple vinaigrette

Dessert: Cheater’s cannoli cones

 

Brunch Class

 

Round up some friends, grab a bottle of bubbly and kick off the weekend! $45 per person, which includes the cost of food, instruction and copies of all recipes. Assorted juices or homemade bloody mary base can be provided upon request for additional charge.

 

In this class we’ll make:

 

  • Dutch baby with fresh lemon curd
  • Mini berry crisps with yogurt
  • Crustless mini quiche (choice of mix-ins: tomato, spinach, onion, ham, broccoli, mushroom, cheddar or swiss cheese)
  • Flatbread with bacon, bleu cheese & sliced apples with maple drizzle

 

Homemade Ravioli Class

 

3 options to choose from:

 

Option 1: You’ll learn how to make ravioli from start to finish, and then take your ravioli home to cook. Choice of one pre-made filling for the group (3 cheese, sausage & spinach, butternut squash or mushroom). Cost per person is $35, which includes all ingredients, equipment and instruction time. Minimum class size: 6

 

Option 2: You’ll learn how to make ravioli from start to finish, and then take your ravioli home to cook. Choice of two fillings for the group (3 cheese, sausage & spinach, butternut squash or mushroom). Cost per person is $45, which includes all ingredients, equipment and instruction time. Minimum class size: 5

 

Option 3: You’ll learn how to make ravioli from start to finish, and enjoy your ravioli family style with the rest of the class. Choice of two pre-made fillings (3 cheese, sausage & spinach, butternut squash or mushroom) and choice of two sauces that the group will make (marinara, brown butter with walnuts & crispy sage or parmesan cream) plus a spinach salad with vinaigrette. Cost per person is $55, which includes all ingredients, equipment and instruction time. Minimum class size: 5
