FAMILY CLASSICS

Grab your kids, the grandparents, that crazy aunt and let’s make delicious memories. It’s the perfect combination of a fun activity and a delicious dinner. Pricing is $155 for a family of 4, additional family members are welcome to join for $30 per person. This class is offered Sunday – Thursday. Choose one menu to cook and enjoy together as a family. *Dessert options can be swapped to accommodate picky eaters!*

Summer is here and the livin’ is easy! Gather your friends and learn how to make quick bites and a delicious cocktail so you can spend more time in the sun and less time in the kitchen. Please contact us with the number of people in your party so we can determine how many items your group should choose. This class is $48 per person which includes all ingredients, instruction, and copies of all recipes. Minimum of 5 participants required. **Please note we cannot provide alcohol but will provide everything else you need for the cocktail should you choose to make one. As always, alcohol is bring your own.**

All-American burger bar (local beef patty, American cheese, assorted toppings)

Southwest burger bar (local beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, homemade salsa & guacamole)

Mediterranean burger bar (ground turkey burger, roasted red pepper, crumbled feta, Mediterranean spread)

For small classes (5-8 people) we suggest choosing 1 item fewer than the number of people that will be attending. Fresh Pasta Making Class

Dust off that pasta maker you received as a wedding gift and learn just how easy it is to make silky smooth homemade pasta! $48 per person, which includes the cost of food, instruction, and copies of all recipes. Minimum of 5 participants required.

 

In this class we’ll make:

*Fresh homemade fettuccine pasta

*Marinara sauce with fresh herbs

*Garlic knots

*Kale or spinach salad with simple vinaigrette

*Cheater’s cannoli cones or quick tiramisu

 

Brunch Class

Round up some friends, grab a bottle of bubbly and kick off the weekend! $48 per person, which includes the cost of food, instruction and copies of all recipes. Assorted juices or homemade bloody mary base can be provided upon request for additional charge. Minimum of 5 participants required.

In this class we’ll make:

 

*Dutch baby with fresh lemon curd

*Mini berry crisps with yogurt

*Crustless mini quiche (choice of mix-ins: tomato, spinach, onion, ham, broccoli, cheddar or swiss cheese)

*Flatbread with bacon, bleu cheese & sliced apples with maple drizzle
