FAMILY CLASSICS

Grab your kids, the grandparents, that crazy aunt and let’s make delicious memories. It’s the perfect combination of a fun activity, a delicious dinner and recipes so you can re-create the dishes at home. Pricing is $138 for a family of 4, additional family members are welcome to join for $30 per person. This class is offered Sunday – Thursday. Choose one menu to cook and enjoy together as a family.

FRIENDS & LOVERS

Tired of the same old date night dinner and a movie? Spice things up with a group cooking class! Grab a couple of partners and work together to create a restaurant quality meal that can be easily replicated at home. Pick from the items below to create a menu that everyone will love. The cost of the class is $48 per person, which includes all ingredients, instruction, and copies of all recipes. Minimum of 5 participants required.

 

APPETIZER (PICK 1):

*Bacon & blue flatbread with sliced apples & maple drizzle

*Golden sweet potato rounds with garlic aioli

 

ENTREE (PICK 1):

*Pork tenderloin with crispy sage & apples over polenta

*Pan roasted chicken with maple & dijon

*Harvest salad (choice of spinach or kale, sliced apple, dried cranberry & bleu cheese with apple cider vinaigrette)

TAPAS FALL MENU

Grab a group of friends and spend the evening creating delicious food to share while you relax and gab with your pals. The number of items chosen depends on the size of your group. For small classes (5-8 people) we suggest choosing 1 item fewer than the number of people that will be attending.   1. Fish tacos with creamy slaw & chipotle crema
  2. Enchiladas (chicken, beef or veggie)
  3. Lightened up 7-layer dip
  4. Street corn salad
  5. Roasted poblanos stuffed with street corn salad
  6. Smoky corn & black bean salsa with tortilla chips
  7. Mexican hot fudge sundaes
  8. Mini ‘fried’ ice cream bites

 

Fresh Pasta Making Class

Dust off that pasta maker you received as a wedding gift and learn just how easy it is to make silky smooth homemade pasta! $48 per person, which includes the cost of food, instruction, and copies of all recipes. Minimum of 5 participants required.

 

In this class we’ll make:

*Fresh homemade fettuccine pasta

Choice of two sauces:

1. Quick marinara with fresh herbs

2. Oven roasted cherry tomatoes with salami, kalamata olives & Pecorino cheese

3. Carbonara (milk base sauce with ham & bacon)

*Kale or spinach salad with simple vinaigrette

*Cheater’s cannoli cones or quick tiramisu

 

Brunch Class

Round up some friends, grab a bottle of bubbly and kick off the weekend! $48 per person, which includes the cost of food, instruction and copies of all recipes. Assorted juices or homemade bloody mary base can be provided upon request for additional charge. Minimum of 5 participants required.

In this class we’ll make:

 

*Dutch baby with fresh lemon curd

*Mini berry crisps with yogurt

*Crustless mini quiche (choice of mix-ins: tomato, spinach, onion, ham, broccoli, cheddar or swiss cheese)

*Flatbread with bacon, bleu cheese & sliced apples with maple drizzle
