Cooking Class Rundown

Cooking classes at Maple Rock focus on encouraging “every-day chefs” to step out of their comfort zone and try different foods, all while learning how to master new techniques in the kitchen in a judgment-free environment. Classes will focus on using local, seasonal ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious meal that easily can be replicated at home. Participants will leave classes with the recipes in hand and the ability to prepare the dishes on their own. 
Most classes are taught by Audrey Roberts. Audrey is a graduate of the University of Vermont, majoring in Family and Consumer Sciences Education with a minor in Nutrition. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for wholesome local foods with others and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Unless otherwise noted, classes will last 2-2 ½ hours which includes sharing and enjoying your creation with the class. To sign up for desired class, email or call 315-212-4155.
