Audrey & Jake strive to make each guest’s stay as enjoyable as possible. We want our guests to feel at home during their stay at Maple Rock, whether they’re here for business, sightseeing or visiting family. General Policies

*A deposit equal to 50% of your stay will be charged upon booking. Cancellations are subject to $30 administrative fee.

*Rates are based upon double occupancy. Breakfast is included in the room rate. If breakfast does not fit into your travel plans, a $10.00 discount can be applied to the room rate if notified at the time of booking. Guests staying at Maple Rock wishing to invite an outside guest for breakfast may do so, but will be charged $10.00. Please let the innkeepers know as soon as possible if you expect to have a guest joining you so we can plan accordingly.  

*If you or someone in your party have significant dietary restrictions (food allergies, gluten intolerance, vegan preferences, etc.) please notify the Innkeepers in advance so that accommodations can be made. 

*Check in is between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Early or late check in can be accommodated upon request. 

*Check out is 11:00 a.m.

*Maple Rock B&B is a pet free and non-smoking environment

*Children over the age of 12 are welcome

 

Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations give us little chance to fill our rooms. If a cancellation is made ten (10) days prior to your scheduled arrival-date, a total refund will be given or applied to a future stay, less $30 administrative fee. If a cancellation is made less than ten (10) days prior to arrival, no refund will be possible due to us turning away potential guests. On Family Weekends and Graduation Weekends we require a thirty (30) day cancellation policy.
